I get asked constantly what I use to run my email strategy, what platforms I like, and what's actually worth paying for. Here's everything in one place. Flodesk
This is the one I use and it's hands down the easiest platform for beginners. Beautiful emails, flat-rate pricing, and the easiest drag-and-drop builder I've ever used. If emails feel overwhelming, start here.
Convertkit
The best option if you care about advanced tagging, segmentation, and automation. It has much more of a learning curve, but it's powerful once you get it set up.
Klaviyo
A great option for ecommerce heavy brands. Klaviyo makes it easy to automate delivery emails for products, abandoned cart flows, targeted promos, and more.

Notion
Where I plan every email I send. Content calendar, swipe file, launch timelines, all of it lives here.
Loom
How I deliver feedback to Full Send clients. Faster than typing, more personal than a Google Doc comment.
Canva
For the occasional email graphic. I'm not a designer but Canva makes it easy to make simple graphics that uplevel my email design.

I took this during a year where my business was growing faster than my ability to manage it.
