I get asked constantly what I use to run my email strategy, what platforms I like, and what's actually worth paying for. Here's everything in one place. Some of these are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you purchase through them. I only recommend things I genuinely use.

The Tools and Resources I Use

Email Platforms I Actually Like

A great option for ecommerce heavy brands. Klaviyo makes it easy to automate delivery emails for products, abandoned cart flows, targeted promos, and more.

Klaviyo

The best option if you care about advanced tagging, segmentation, and automation. It has much more of a learning curve, but it's powerful once you get it set up.

Convertkit

This is the one I use and it's hands down the easiest platform for beginners. Beautiful emails, flat-rate pricing, and the easiest drag-and-drop builder I've ever used. If emails feel overwhelming, start here.

Flodesk

Tools That Make My Life Easier

For the occasional email graphic. I'm not a designer but Canva makes it easy to make simple graphics that uplevel my email design.

Canva

How I deliver feedback to Full Send clients. Faster than typing, more personal than a Google Doc comment.

Loom

Where I plan every email I send. Content calendar, swipe file, launch timelines, all of it lives here.

Notion

Learn More

This is the program that completely changed how I think about my offers and how they connect to each other. Elise breaks down how to structure your business so each offer naturally leads into the next one, and it's the reason my freebie-to-Inbox-Club-to-Full-Send pipeline works the way it does. If your offers feel disconnected or you're not sure how to build a path for people to follow, this is it.

I took this during a year where my business was growing faster than my ability to manage it. Phoebe teaches the operational and financial side of running a business that nobody talks about — how to read your numbers, how to plan for taxes, how to stop running everything out of your personal bank account. Not glamorous but genuinely the most useful investment I've made outside of my actual craft.
